Lux

Debuting originally in 2019 with the self-titled demo Lux, and fully with 2021's full-length Embed, Lux consistently puts out classic after classic in the realms of blackgaze, post-black metal, as well as electronic at times. Sole member Gillean Kennedy blends beauty and aggression masterfully. It's honest, raw, emotional, and ever-changing.

In 2025, I had the honor of working with Third House and Jems to release Dusk Garden on vinyl, a split record between Sadness and Lux, two icons of blackgaze and post-black metal. You can purchase a copy here.
